We use modern French manufactured tunnel ovens fueled by compressed natural gas and we dry all our products this way - through hot air flow. That is why we are able to guarantee the highest level of microbiology, and preserve natural taste of the fruit without any foreign odours.

DRIED PRUNES
A significant part of dried prunes comes from our own garden. Bulgarian prunes are typical with their sweet taste and dark blue color. High in fibers and vitamins, prunes function as great antioxidants and help for digestion.
Prunes are available:

DRIED APPLES
Our dried apples have excitingly crispy texture, and are packed with sweet taste. Standardly we use local Bulgarian sorts of apples. Upon request, we are able to dry particular sort selected by client. Great supplement to lower cholesterol, rich in fibers and mineral. Available both peeled and unpeeled.
