DRIED VEGETABLES

We remember times when it was not common to get all kinds of fresh vegetables in the middle of winter. People used to dry some of the fresh vegetables so they could enjoy the taste of these veggies during off season. Nowadays, You can buy fresh tomatoes in January, but do they really taste the same as in the summer? As an alternative, we dry our vegetables right when they are harvested on sun-drenched open field. They smell great, taste great, and preserve most of the vitamins and nutrition. Usage mainly for contemporary cuisine, salads, pasta, risotto, and supplement for meat dishes.
